The in-home or phone visit with a Certified Travel Consultant is tailored to your vacation needs and might include destination assistance, budget planning, latest information for any necessary travel documents,   accommodation options, transportation and tour options, insurance information, and assistance locating other printed material for the travel destination. 

Want the royal treatment?  This in-home visit with a Certified Travel Consultant includes destination planning, working within your set budget, booking all accommodations, all transportation (airfare, cruise, transfers, car, bus, sightseeing tours), finding the best travel insurance for your needs.

In addition you will receive local information for your destination/s including maps, customs, and assistance with any necessary travel passport, visa requirements*.  The consultant will take care of making all  payments on your behalf, reviewing of the travel documents prior to travel, confirming the daily itinerary, re-confirming all travel arrangements prior to departure, and hand delivering the final travel documents  in person for the final royal touch.

First meeting between Certified Travel Consultant and group leader is complimentary to establish the group needs and determine a rough estimate of vacation budget.

Second meeting with group Leader – discuss information researched for your group including the best type of vacation or destination options, the type of transportation required ( air, sea or land) optional tours, any necessary travel documentation, payment options, insurance.  Travel Consultant will keep track of personal information for all group members, receipt of payments, disperse travel documents and will respond to any travel related questions.
