A Personal note from owner, Debbie Bachler:

It has been many years since my mother’s passing but our family’s experience with the bereavement process inspired me to design a unique service to help others during their time of loss and sadness. I remember all the time spent running around trying to coordinate the necessary arrangements which left little energy or time for my family to spend comforting each other and honoring our Mother’s life. It was from this very personal experience that I designed the Bereavement Coordinator service.

At the White Glove Concierge, we understand your need to grieve and be comforted. We are here to offer assistance in any way we can. We can assist your family or friends with any travel needs (in or out of state) including booking accommodations or transportation. We can help to make important calls to relatives or friends; help with the selection of flowers; guide you with the obituary notice; offer recommendations for clothing selections and shop for any necessary items. For the service we can assist in planning the reception including the buffet, and we will be there to set up, replenish food and beverages and clean
up afterwards. As a courtesy, the bereavement coordinator has listings of funeral homes and chapels located throughout the valley, and upon your selection we can make the call to the funeral staff on your behalf. We understand and value your need for support, compassion, and privacy, and will do whatever it takes to make this difficult time as comforting as possible.
